Nice shared apartment room with a large balcony.

Heyyy,

my beautiful room (16 sqm) will be available from August 1st, 2026 – with the option to move in earlier, as I’ll be going abroad for a semester :)

My flatmate’s room (20 sqm) will also be available from September 1st until March 1st. So if you have a friend you’d like to move in with, that could be a great option too!

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for daily life. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine in the bathroom.

We also have a large and cozy balcony with furniture, perfect for relaxing outside during the summer ☺️

The location is ideal: you can reach the city center quickly by bike or by bus, which stops right outside the door.

A Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, and Aldi are all within a few minutes’ walking distance.

There’s also a beautiful canal nearby, perfect for going on a jog or just enjoying the nice weather.

The rent listed is a warm rent (including utilities), only the broadcasting fee is not included.
