Furnished Room for Temporary Rental

The safety deposit is EUR 500 and must be paid when signing the agreement. The first rent payment of EUR 495 is due when the keys are handed over. From February onward, rent must be paid on the first day of each month.

The apartment has three separate rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, work table with two chairs, cupboard, and a glass rack. The location is a ten minute walk to Münster Westf Hauptbahnhof, with supermarkets such as Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Aldi, and Lidl within an eight minute walk.

Bus lines 33 and 34 connect to the University of Münster in about twenty five minutes. Bus lines 6, 8, and 17 are also nearby. The flatmates are from Sri Lanka and Mexico, friendly, and do not smoke.

You may use the shared washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and basic cookware, with a shared dining table.
