Zwischenmiete in netter Dreier WG in toller Lage // Interim rent in a sweet shared flat in a great location

Hallöchen du Wohnungssuchende*r!
Ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer während meines Erasmus-Aufenthalts unter. Es ist 16qm groß und durch die großen Fenster auch in der dunklen Jahreszeit schön hell. Da es nur eine Zwischenmiete ist, bleiben auch alle Möbel da, im Keller gibt es aber auch extra Stauraum, falls du eigene Sachen unterbringen möchtest.
Die Lage ist super, unsere Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Aasee. Zum Institut für Politikwissenschaft und zur Aasee-Mensa sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten, in die Innenstadt braucht man etwa 5 min mit dem Fahrrad und zum Sportcampus 15 min.
Direkt vor der Tür ist aber auch eine Bushaltestelle. Und ein großes Plus für alle Sonntags-Brötchen Fans ist die Bäckerei unten.
Ich wohne hier seit fast zwei Jahren zusammen mit meinen sehr tollen Mitbewohnern Lucas und Justus. Lucas ist Physiotherapeut, hat einen Hamster namens Urmel und viele interessante Ideen. Justus studiert Erziehungswissenschaften, ist bei Radio Q aktiv, ein sehr großer Bücherfreund und kocht sehr gerne. Uns gehen nie die Gesprächsthemen aus, ob morgens beim Kaffee oder gemeinsamen Koch-Abenden. Wir gehen ab und zu gemeinsam auf den Markt oder auf Demos. Gleichzeitig ist es uns wichtig, unsere Bedürfnisse und Privatsphäre gegenseitig zu respektieren. Bei drei Leuten ist das WG-Leben stark abhängig von jedem*r Einzelnen, also kommt es natürlich auch auf dich an!

I am subletting my shared room during my Erasmus stay. It's 16 square meters and the large windows make it nice and bright even in the darker months. As it's only a temporary rental, all the furniture stays there, but there's also extra storage space in the basement if you want to store your own things.
Internationals welcome - but please keep in mind that the sublet ends in December, so if you stay longer, you would have to find a second apartment for the rest of your stay.
The location is great, our apartment is right by the Aasee lake. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Institute of Political Science and the Aasee dining hall, about 5 minutes by bike to the city center and 15 minutes to the sports campus.
There is also a bus stop right outside the door.
My two flatmates are very nice and we enjoy doing things together. At the same time, it's important to us to respect each other's needs and privacy.
With three people, life in a shared flat is very dependent on each individual, so of course it also depends on you!
