Sublet for Student dorm/Apartment in Studentenwohnheim zur Untermiete

I'm looking for a student to sublet my room in the student dorm while I'm studying abroad from mid-August until February. The rental period is flexible and can be adjusted individually.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. The dorm is located in Gievenbeck, a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with a REWE supermarket right next to the building. Münster city center can be reached by bus or bike in about 15 to 20 minutes.

To live in the student dorm, you must be enrolled at the University of Münster.

Ich suche eine Untermieterin/Untermieter für mein Apartment im Studierendenwohnheim am Stadtlohnweg, da ich von August bis Anfang Februar ein Auslandssemester mache. Der genaue Mietzeitraum kann nach Rücksprache flexibel angepasst werden.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile. Das Wohnheim befindet sich in Gievenbeck, einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend, mit einem REWE direkt vor der Haustür. Die Münsteraner Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad in 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Voraussetzung für das Wohnen im Studierendenwohnheim ist, dass du an der Universität Münster eingeschrieben bist.
