Liebe Promovierende an der Universität Münster,
die Promovierendenvertretung im AStA lädt für den 13. Mai 2026 zu einer Vollversammlung der Promovierenden ein. Die Vollversammlung findet ab 18:15 Uhr in der Gaststätte „Hotel Galactica“ (Überwasserstraße 2-3, 48143 Münster) statt.
Die Promovierendenvertretung im AStA ist euer Ansprechpartner für alle promotionsbezogenen Fragen und vertritt eure Interessen gegenüber Rektorat, Fachbereichen und weiteren Einrichtungen. Als autonomes Referat im AStA informieren,
unterstützen und vernetzen wir euch – unabhängig davon, ob ihr an der Uni angestellt seid oder extern promoviert. Als eingeschriebene Promovierende seid ihr herzlich zur Vollversammlung eingeladen.

Wir freuen uns über Kandidaturen für die Promovierendenvertretung. Als Promovierendenvertreter*in unterstützt du die Promovierendenvertetung bei den oben genannten Aufgaben und gestaltest das Tätigkeitsprofil der Vertretung aktiv mit. Promovierendenverteter*innen erhalten eine steuerfreie Aufwandsentschädigung in Höhe von 250€ pro Monat und werden für ein Jahr gewählt. Für Fragen zur Arbeit in der Promovierendenvertretung, wende dich gerne an die aktuellen Promovierendenvertreter.

The Doctoral Students' Representation in the AStA invites you to a General Assembly of doctoral students on May 13, 2026. The General Assembly will take place from 6:15 p.m. in the restaurant "Hotel Galactica" (Überwasserstraße 2-3, 48143 Münster).
The Doctoral Representative Office in the AStA is your contact for all doctorate-related questions and represents your interests vis-à-vis the Rectorate, faculties and other institutions. As an autonomous department in the AStA, we inform, support and network you - regardless of whether you are employed at the university or are doing your doctorate externally. As a matriculated doctoral candidate, you are cordially invited to the General Assembly.

Doctoral representatives receive a tax-free expense allowance of €250 per month and are elected for one year.
